Board Certified Behavioral Analyst

At Cedar Grove ABA CO LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services to individuals with ASD. As a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst , you will play a crucial role in our mission by designing and implementing personalized treatment plans, conducting assessments, and providing behavioral therapy to our clients.
****HYBRID POSITION****
Responsibilities:
Design and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with ASD, incorporating strategies to address specific behavioral needs
Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and challenge, and develop targeted interventions to address these needs
Provide behavioral therapy sessions, both one-on-one and in small groups, using evidence-based techniques and strategies
Collaborate with clients' families and caregivers to ensure consistency and carryover of skills and behaviors learned during therapy sessions
Document client progress and outcomes, using data to inform treatment decisions and adapt interventions as needed
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy and expand your skill set
Requirements:
Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
Experience in ABA therapy, preferably working with individuals with ASD
Strong understanding of ABA principles, including assessment, diagnosis, and intervention
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with clients, families, and caregivers
Ability to travel to various locations throughout [Job Location]
