Job Description

Wonder Star ABA provides in-home and school-based ABA therapy for children with autism across Maryland and Ohio. We are seeking a compassionate, reliable RBT to join our team in Hagerstown, MD and help children build meaningful skills in their everyday environments.

Schedules:

Monday through Friday 530-730

Monday through Friday 430-730

Monday through Friday 1-7

Position Details – RBT

Type: Part-time
Pay: $23–$33 per hour
Hours: 10–30 hours per week
Schedule: Varies based on client needs; may include after-school/early evening hours

What You'll Do (RBT)

Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
Provide 1:1 direct therapy in clients’ homes, schools, and community settings in Hagerstown, MD.
Collect accurate, real-time data on client behavior and skill acquisition.
Follow behavior intervention plans and use proactive strategies to reduce challenging behaviors.
Communicate regularly with your supervising BCBA about client progress and session updates.
Maintain professional, respectful relationships with clients and their families.

What We're Looking For – RBT

RBT certification in good standing.
Able to work onsite in Hagerstown, MD.
Reliability and professionalism in client homes and school settings.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with children, families, and supervisors.
