Who We're Looking For

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who knows how to turn search intent into qualified leads. You understand how to build, optimize, and scale Google Ads campaigns while keeping a close eye on performance metrics and business goals. You love structure but aren’t afraid to build it.

What You'll Be Doing

• Build and manage Google/Bing, Ads search campaigns
\n
• Optimize bids, budgets, targeting, and ad copy to improve lead volume and quality.
\n
• Analyze campaign performance and identify growth opportunities quickly.
\n
• Create monthly reports with clear insights and next steps.
\n
• Conduct keyword research and expand high-intent search opportunities.
\n
• Monitor conversion tracking and ensure accurate attribution.
\n
• Review search terms and add negative keywords.
\n
• Conduct A/B tests
\n
• Test new campaign structures, audiences, and optimization strategies.
\n
• Manage multiple client accounts while maintaining quality and deadlines.
\n
• Communicate performance updates and recommendations confidently.
\n

You’ll Succeed If You Have

\n
• 2+ years managing Google Ads campaigns with strong results.
\n
• Proven success scaling search campaigns for lead generation.
\n
• Strong understanding of CPC, CPL, offline conversion events, CTR, and Conversion Rate metrics.
\n
• Experience using Google Analytics and Tag Manager.
\n
• Ability to spot trends and make data-backed decisions fast.
\n
• Strong attention to detail and campaign organization skills.
\n
• Clear communication skills with clients and internal teams.
\n
• Ownership mindset with the ability to work independently.
\n

Nice to Haves

\n
• Experience managing Microsoft Ads campaigns.
\n
• Familiarity with Meta Ads for full-funnel strategy.
\n
• Knowledge of landing page CRO best practices.
\n
• Agency experience across multiple industries.
\n
• Ability to build account audits
\n
